Warranty Coverage
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering:
- Authenticity of the gemstone
- Accuracy of gemstone specifications (colour, weight, and description)
- Manufacturing or cutting defects
This warranty ensures that your gemstone meets the quality and characteristics as presented at the time of purchase.
Certification Assurance
Certification is provided for export orders and may also be available upon request or for selected gemstones. For high-value purchases, we strongly recommend certification for added assurance and authenticity.
What is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear, scratches, or accidental damage
- Improper handling, storage, or cleaning
- Third-party modifications, including setting or recutting
- Loss or theft
As natural gemstones, slight inclusions and natural characteristics are part of their unique beauty and are not considered defects.
Care & Responsibility
Sapphires are durable, but proper care is essential to preserve their brilliance. We recommend:
- Storing gemstones separately to avoid scratches
- Avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals
- Handling with care, especially before setting into jewellery
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your gemstone does not meet our stated standards:
- Contact us within the warranty period
- Provide your order details and clear images
- Return the gemstone securely for inspection
Once verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or exchange.
